Hiking the Petit Mont Blanc, Courchevel

Starting from Le Belvedere, located near Courchevel Moriond, the Petit Mont Blanc is a challenging yet rewarding hiking route.

While some of the terrain is steep, hikers relish the challenge. The simply stunning scenery is the perfect entertainment along the way! It’s impossible not to stop and admire the views of the mountain range in front of you.

The route will take you through the Vallee des Avals, a popular off-piste spot for keen skiers. But, the area has just as much to offer hikers! It passes through the Vanoise National Park, which is home to rare wildlife and undisturbed nature.

Whether you’re an expert or amateur hiker, the Petit Mont Blanc is a route you don’t want to miss!

Tour du Mont Blanc, Chamonix

Beginning and ending in Chamonix, the Tour du Mont Blanc is a hiking trail that circles the highest mountain in France, where it gets its name.

It’s not only unparalleled views of Mont Blanc on offer! The route crosses through three countries! This includes the picturesque villages of Courmayeur in Italy.

The difficulty of the terrain varies throughout the route. You’ll find some more gentle areas alongside tougher trails that will put you through your paces!

Tour of the Tête du Parmelan, Annecy

Gazing down on the Alpine town of Annecy, the Tour of the Tête du Parmelan, is surrounded by rocky cliff faces that make for challenging terrain.

In fact, the route is more difficult than you may expect! Complete with potholes and steep inclines, those who attempt it shouldn’t underestimate it.

While the hike provides a challenge even for experts, the spectacular views make up for this. The sunsets are unparalleled!

Lac Tueda Walk, Méribel

Nestled in the heart of the famous Vanoise National Park, Lac Tueda is a breath-taking lake many tourists come to admire.

If you’re searching for a less-intense hike, walking around Lac Tueda is the perfect option, particularly when accompanied by younger travellers. This walk is ideal for those who want to admire the lake in its full glory!

As you walk, you’ll be able to take in the Vanoise National Park at the same time. Home to magical, unspoiled landscapes of the Vanoise massif, fans of mountain walking will find the area to be a dream retreat!

There are also many perfect picnic spots along the way!

Hiking Col du Fruit, Courchevel

Col du Fruit is another gentle and enjoyable hiking route. Home to stunning Alpine views, the Col du Fruit is an easy yet entertaining trail.

Along the way, there are plenty of places to stop if you need a rest or a chance to better take in the views.

While the trail has plenty of great picnic areas, there are also many refreshment huts to help keep your stamina up!
